Love Your Mental 2023

Join us for the 2023 Love Your Mental event at 420 N. Main Street from 11am to 5pm. This year, Love Your Mental is collecting money for the 988 Suicide and Crisis Hotline.

This event will be HUGE! Let's start the conversation about ending the stigma of mental health in the Rockford and Northern Illinois region. The purpose of the event is to show our community the many mental health resources available in our city.

I want all guests visiting the event to realize that there is more than traditional therapy with a counselor, but also alternatives.

Here's what you can expect at our event:.

- Several Local Nonprofit Organizations

- Community Art Projects

- Live DJ

- Live paintings

- Art Therapy: Artists of all mediums, photographers, etc.

- Beauty therapy: makeup artists, beauticians, stylists, etc.

- Pet Therapy

- Massage therapy

- Teachers certified in Reiki

- Aromatherapy

- Certified Yoga Instructor

- Sound bathrooms

- Retail Therapy

FREE community yoga session 5:45 - 6:45pm m. RIGHT AFTER THE EVENT ! This community yoga session will be led by Rachel Bagne, owner of Real Beautiful You. Donations are accepted, which will benefit the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
